Moving...

Oh, the JOY! This will be the fifth year in a row that I will be moving. I am getting so good at it! Hopefully this will be the last year for a few years. I'm ready for a break. We aren't moving very far. Just a few blocks even, but no matter how far you're moving you still have to put everything in boxes. UGH.

As much as I dislike packing and moving, I love to purge and unpack. I don't know what it is about getting rid of stuff that makes me feel so good, so accomplished, but it really does. I really do feel like I receive some sort of power or high from getting rid of unused stuff! It's amazing. Oh, and don't get me started on unpacking. I truely love unpacking. Just the joy of feeling like you get to put all our favorite things out in a new setting! New apartments are so clean and fresh. You can put your things almost anywhere! You can also rearrange as many times as you want while you're setting up. I can't wait until Saturday afternoon to set up our apartment! It will be one of my favorite days - one of my favorite days that I hopefully won't have to repeat for a few years.
